VENDOR SPACES Cost: $50 (Deadline for application March 14, 2019) Failure to us receiving this application by the due date, will forfeit spot and another vendor will be given an opportunity to be present at our event. Size: 5-foot x 10 foot Includes: One six-foot table with tablecloth and two chairs Set Up: Wed. April 10 -6:00 — 9:00 pm and Thurs. April 11-4:30 to 6 Tear Down: 10:00 pm April 11th VENDOR GUIDELINES · Each space will represent one (1) business · Vendors are allowed a maximum of two (2) people to staff the booth. Additional personnel are welcome to attend for an exclusive, vendor-only fee of $20 per person. Also no one under the age of 19 is permitted in the building. · Please do not leave your booth unattended from 7 to 10 pm. · Vendors are responsible for selling their own Product. Bring your own booth display, additional 'lighting, bags, tissue, change, etc. · Vendors must maintain their space in a safe, clean manner. Vendors are responsible for removing their own garbage and cleaning their space after the close of the event. · The Brebeuf Hall has restrictions involving the hanging of signage or other items. PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES & ADVERTISING In addition to our Event Fundraiser, we are offering door prizes throughout the evening, with one $20 item donated from each vendor. A committee member will collect this item on the night of the event. Every VENDOR MUST HAVE A BUSINESS CARD OR ITEM IN THE GIFT BAG and this is due Mar 15th The Port Colborne Optimists will be advertising the event. Flyers will be distributed. 200 tickets have been printed for the evening, and we are hoping for a sold out event again this year.
